Design & Artwork
For best results, we recommend:
- Vector files: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF (preferred for crisp printing)
- High-resolution images: PNG, JPG (at least 300 DPI)

Yes! For custom orders, we'll send you a digital proof for approval before we start printing. This ensures everything looks exactly how you want it.
Shipping & Delivery
Typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks depending on the order size and complexity. Rush orders may be available - contact us to discuss your timeline.
Yes! Local pickup is available in Hampton, NB. We can also arrange delivery for larger orders in the Greater Saint John area.
